Abstract

Traditionally the response to fire of a building will be estimated on the base of the fire resistance of its individual structural members. The paper presented deals with the fire resistance of a symmetrical half of a concrete framework as an integrated part of entire structural system, and derives results from experimental and theoretical investigations for fire engineering design.
